Description

This is GUAM (CB-2) as the ship appeared in late 1945.  She is camouflaged in the usual Measure 22 scheme, favored by the USN for shore bombardment units after the near-complete destruction of Jap airpower during the Marianas Turkey Shoot.  A Curtiss SC Seahawk of Cruiser Scouting Squadron SIXTEEN (VCS-16) is spotted on the catapult. 

GUAM has been confirmed as the latest World of Warships premium ship, to be released first on the NA server as a Tier 7 USN cruiser, with premium shop packages starting at $89.99 for the ship and one port slot.
